With its dated 90s aesthetic, it was time to reimagine every space, creating a look that felt light, airy, and effortlessly livable. The result? A beautifully updated home that proves a whole house remodel can absolutely become the home of your dreams! A Kitchen That’s Classic Yet Current

The kitchen is the heart of any home, and this one needed a major update. We kept the design classic with a two-toned color scheme, blending light and dark finishes for an elegant contrast. By incorporating timeless materials, refined hardware, and stunning new lighting, we created a space that feels both sophisticated and welcoming. Kitchens are all about balance—function meets beauty—and finding that sweet spot is one of my favorite parts of any Spokane home remodel.

Living & Dining: A Warm, Textured Retreat

The main living spaces underwent an incredible transformation. The original floors were refinished, restoring warmth and character to the home. A two-sided fireplace makeover turned an outdated feature into a modern focal point. We also installed all-new windows and a stunning extra-wide slider in the dining room, bringing in abundant natural light and creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. To add depth, texture, and a sense of luxury, we incorporated box beams on the ceiling and selected new fans, pendants, chandeliers, and carefully curated furnishings and decor.

A Primary Bedroom That Feels Like a Retreat

Every dream home needs a bedroom that serves as a peaceful escape. For the Manito Cottage project, we designed a custom feature wall behind the bed to add architectural interest and depth. Built-in reading lights make nighttime relaxation even more enjoyable. The result is a space that’s as functional as it is beautiful—exactly what a primary suite should be!

A Spa-Worthy Primary Bathroom

A home remodel isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about creating spaces that enhance daily life. The primary bathroom at Manito Cottage was completely reimagined with soft, custom wood cabinetry, matching pivot mirrors that hover perfectly over the tile, and luxurious Taj Mahal Quartzite countertops. Flanked by gorgeous sconces, the entire space glows with warmth and elegance. The new walk-in shower includes a thoughtfully designed inlaid shaving mirror, blending function with high-end style.

A Basement Built for Relaxation & Entertaining

One of my favorite parts of this remodel was transforming the basement from an underutilized space into a cozy and stylish family retreat. New windows brighten the area, while a sleek linear fireplace adds warmth. A stunning all-glass wine room and bar now make this a dream spot for entertaining. We also designed a brand-new bathroom and laundry room, ensuring that every inch of this space is both practical and beautiful.
