Rockwood Retreat is a mid-century modern renovation in Spokane, designed to bring life, warmth, and personality back to a once-dated home. After years on the East Coast, the homeowner returned to Spokane, considering a new build—until he found this gem. We honored its original character while enhancing it for modern living, incorporating new maple floors and ceilings, a vibrant kitchen transformation, and an updated, ADA-compliant primary suite. Warmth, authenticity, and color replaced the tired beige and gray palette, resulting in a home that feels joyful, timeless, and truly custom-made for him.
