As your project nears completion, you have the option to add Furnishings & Styling to bring even more personality into your home. If you’d like our help, we’ll dive in wholeheartedly, thoughtfully selecting and installing furniture, art, and décor to create a space that feels uniquely yours. This process takes time and care to perfect every detail.

And the work begins! A schedule and itemized proposal is drawn up, and we do our best to provide you with the perfect team to bring the work needed to pass. Renovations can take several months to complete and New Builds can sometimes take a few years. During this time, weekly checks are made on the progress of the project. Problems are solved, messes are made & cleaned up, and in the end, our goal is to have happy clients!

After you have approved the design, we then begin to schedule several meetings for the finish selections, such as flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops, paint colors, plumbing and lighting.

At the presentation, our new design ideas are presented and discussed. This can be overwhelming and surprising for the clients, but we always assure you that our goal is to get you what you want in order to make your new project the home of your dreams. Different ideas are bounced around and discussed until we know that you are happy and the plans are approved.

After the consultation, we will take a couple of weeks to do some planning and designing of your new space. New floor plans and renderings are pulled together along with several design ideas to present. Once the design is complete we will schedule a presentation meeting to reveal all of our ideas to you.

During our consultation meeting we spend several hours getting to know our clients, who they are and what their ideas are.. This can take some time and the goal is to help you get clear on what your priorities and desires are, see what your specific aesthetic is and discuss the timeline and budget of your project.
